"Although I didn't go and get any work done (insurance is out of network), I do want to praise the front desk girl, i think Reena was her name. I asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them with a kind voice. She even gave me a rough estimate on how much it would cost to get all my dental work done. You guys have a great front desk agent!"
"This office is a hidden gem! Even though they are out of network with insurances, they will still send out a claim to your insurance . (Which i know for a fact they dont have to do) it saddens me to read some of the negative comments especially regarding insurances. I know as a consumer as well as working in the medical field that if I have any specific questions related to insurance... I should ask my INSURANCE. And during every phone call to insurance, their recordings state that it is not a guarantee of payment etc. I could not say enough amazing things about this office, Jason the assistant is the most hardworking, yet friendly person. He and Dr. Dotson really work well together. I recommend this office to anyone looking for honest, professional, and QUALITY dental work! ""

"Had my first ever appointment today. Upon arrival the ladies at the desk made me feel like a best friend they had known for years. I had a good bit of work that needed done. Dr. Dotson and her team were wonderful! They made me feel comfortable (even gave me a blanket), and they took care to ensure I wasn't in any pain throughout my procedures. HIGHLY recommend!!!!"
